An efficient partnership and shared responsibilities made this project successful. All partners were working together on the all stages of the project reporting to each other the progress in the areas they were responsible for.

The main responsibility of the applicant organization was putting the application together with the help of their partners and communication with the National Agency.

The hosting organization main responsibility was local arrangements of the facilitation, accommodation, food and transportation.

Both applicant and hosting organizations were working with partners before the beginning of the project to ensure that all participants and sending organizations were informed about the aims and objectives of the Youth Exchange.

There were some more important activities, like as “public demonstarion” in the city center of Batumi. Participants were spreading little brochures about youth in action program and EVS in particular. They made flashmob and other different activities.

Excursion in old capital of Georgia was very useful to find out historical heritage of hosting country. Other participants also had chance to present there culture and traditions during cultural evenings, which was held every night during the whole project.

Other important part was visiting school during project, it was old school, and there have never been foreigners, children, studying there had seen and met them first time in their life and it was one of the unforgettable moment in their life.
